Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

Upon receipt of a completed application, acknowledgement of the application shall be sent 
Stage 2

Shortlisting

Shortlisting may include:
  • shortlisting of candidates on the basis of the information contained in their application.
  • a competitive preliminary interview.
  • completion of online questionnaire(s).
  • presentation or other exercises.
  • a final competitive interview.
  • work sample/role play/ media exercise, and any other tests or exercises that may be deemed appropriate.
Stage 3

F2F Interview

Upon successful completion of the shortlisting stage a candidate will be called to a face to face interview.
A panel of successful candidate will be formed based on interview performance
Stage 4

Formal Offer

Once a candidates position is met on Order of Merit a formal offer will be sent to the candidate
Stage 5

Clearance

Once the offer is accepted a candidate will begin the clearance stage. A candidate may only complete clearance once they are successfully cleared from the point of view of satisfactory references, health, character and eligibility. 
Stage 6

Hired

Upon completion of clearance a contract will be issued and employment will begin
